Nice hotel, not so nice location

Great room with a free suite upgrade. We did get charged 150,000 VND for the laundry bag however, which was a bit steep.

Mediocre breakfast with very limited Western options for both food and coffee. The location is also close to quite a rough area of town.

Perfect stay and would recommend to friends

Cleanliness of the property and the staff were very helpful. It is quite at night because it is located in district 5, 10-15min ride going to the center (district 1) which would only cost you 2-3usd grab ride.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Location was great, rooms were comfortable and the pool was nice.

The rooftop bar never opened when we were there. Not sure if it's closed temporarily?

I would definitely stay here again.

Katy and her team provided outstanding service to our international delegates. They went above and beyond what was called for to provide customer service with a smile. They listened to suggestions and accommodated everyone within minutes of any concerns or needs.

Some of the rooms were a bit small for two persons especially when staying a long period of time.

3rd time here, as usual, very warm welcome during check in. I very appreciate the management and the professionalism behavior of the hotel staff as I forgot during the check out to take out the papers from the safe in the room, they quickly reacted by contacting me back and return everything, thank you so much and see you next time for my next trip in HCM.

If i have to be meticulous on the details, I don’t know if it was the product used to clean inside, however I noticed even with a mask on my face a few times weird odor in the lift, not a serious issue though.

It is a very nice hotel with clean rooms, and nice staff, nice breakfast, on a good location!

The breakfast was unique, you could order from the menu, anythings, any much time, for free, it was made freshly (if breakfast is included in your reservation) I also loved the rooftop balcony+ bar with a pool, there was incredibly nice music selection, it made our night bright and relaxed!

It's hard to say bad things... only "not so good" thing was that the pool was too cold to use it :D that's it.

Highly highly recommend!!

Best service, staff ever and welcome package (cool towel, dessert and water). I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will stay here again when I head back to Vietnam! Highly recommend. Staff went out of the way to help call mobile service provider for credit details and gave good recommendations.

Everything was great but only downside was bathroom water clogged up and only one scale was present at the hotel for guests to weigh their baggage which was unfortunately borrowed.
